Gut Daily is a daily prebiotic, probiotic, enzyme and botanical blend formulated to support digestion, balance, and vitality. It works across three functions in one morning scoop: repairing the gut lining (L-Glutamine), feeding your microbiome (prebiotic fiber matrix), and seeding it with beneficial bacteria (11-strain probiotic blend).

Mix 1 scoop (10g) with 250ml of water and drink once daily. Best taken on an empty stomach in the morning — L-Glutamine reaches gut cells most effectively before food arrives. Stir or shake until dissolved. No blender needed.

Yes. All ingredients in Gut Daily are plant-derived or fermentation-produced. It is free from artificial additives, fillers, and added flavours. It is also gluten-free.

L-Glutamine is the primary fuel for enterocytes — the cells lining your gut wall. It supports tight junction integrity, which helps maintain the gut barrier that separates your bloodstream from your gut contents. At 2g per serving, it's formulated for daily maintenance support of the gut lining.

Green banana flour is high in resistant starch (~68% RS), which isn't digested in the small intestine. Instead, it ferments in the colon and produces short-chain fatty acids — butyrate, propionate, and acetate — that nourish colon cells, modulate inflammation, and create the ideal environment for beneficial bacteria to thrive.

Three prebiotic fibers work together:Green Banana Flour(2.50g) for resistant starch and SCFA production;Gum Acacia(2.00g), a gentle soluble fiber that feeds beneficial gut flora; andInulin(1.00g), a chicory-derived prebiotic that selectively fosters bifidobacteria growth. We're inviting a small group (20–50 participants) to take Gut Daily consistently for 28 days and share structured feedback at Day 0, 7, 14, and 28.
